I'll just mention something here, ive said before - when we try and enjoy our day, and ease back on throttle as we say in England the accelerator - as I have done today, the mind is clearer of all the waffle that sometimes goes through minute by minute suddenly isn't there, or slows a bit - and the ideas just come to mind as in the gut feeling, and you get so much more done, as in being more efficient, and do you know what - you can enjoy your day better.

I think if people are doing this for personal wealth issues, then maybe not - but if it's for the benefit of others then ideas just flow from higher knowledge, when the mind is calmer...

I'll write this on here if that's ok - if it isn't I'll be told and focus my efforts elsewhere... frozen leg this morning twice - 'how many times' I asked on here and on the AP page, and when I first joined Facebook a year ago, two Astral Projection groups I joined to ask why do my random arm, hand, leg freeze at night early hours, and from all of them 'not a clue' so now I/we learn, and God came to me twice today, first time I said Hi Sir - 2nd time this great idea came to me - in clear knowing.

I was in a men's hairdressers yesterday with my better health flyers, with the church mentioned - and come and support us in the 40 mins service and, any difficult health issues i'll talk to you after for free - well this man in his 20's was having his hair cut, and the barber who knows me said have a talk with him, he has problems, and we chatted and I gave him my web address which is on SF's.

Well the great idea given to me this morning was to go to several men's barbers and leave info - but to tell the hairdresser to give them out when someone confides in you about mental health etc issues, because they do - and ive been 2 today along with the rest of 300 tiny flyers randomly given out to so many shops on display on counters, that's besides the 400 large posters given out for display - and if that doesn't bring them flocking in our church which is low on congregation I don't know what will, no web address on, come to church, and i'll help.

I had my first one last Sunday off my large posters, a lady teaches yoga and had bumped her head 4 months ago, and dizzy spells since, and nothing showing on hospital scans, and doctors ran out of ideas - so she was there in the service, and we chatted, and by email since, and she's coming back she said.

I went to see my friend at the gym today - I had done 6 talks in 2019 to small groups, and ''one day'' away from doing one in the gym early 20 until c bug stopped me going in - so back on path with that, I'm preparing a short talks for gym's in town 'specialising in' the human aura our defence shield from the sun's access energy.

And I had a trial run with this super fit man today, and explained in my short talks, to him why its so important to rest/meditate 'every day' 20 mins to calm the mind and protect the aura, when super fit people suddenly find themselves having a stroke - doesn't happen often, but it does - as explained on my website.

Ive been telling Canadian's / American's on 4 freedom groups how to rest and connect to the gut feeling and Higher Self, for that brilliant idea that can make all the difference to keep God's 'FREE WILL' in play on Earth... We won our NHS battle so helping others.

God will come many times to people when they ask for his help, when in difficulties - and signs can come that he's there for you with the blackbird or robin that suddenly appears, or the butterfly that suddenly passes by, its just some people ignore the signs, or simply don't know.

Three times and days in a row now same semi frozen leg early hours - this time more teaching from God?... So the cold issue ive had on and off since Christmas lol lol virus fighter - bug gets stuck in the ear and can't shift it, soon as bug comes in the nose I can shift it immediately, but goes back in the ear but hardly noticeable.

There'll be a lesson here it means something, this going on so long, it shouldn't - lol spiritual virus, get me some meds for that doc... So when I was dealing with this cold I'd get this whoosh whoosh or ruff ruff as I called it - and wife said at the time she's had that with blocked sinuses - 'but' sometimes i'm thinking this is spiritual this whoosh.

Well this morning frozen leg / teaching time and its not whoosh at all it's roar roar - or roar roar roar and I'm to know this because it happened this morning with frozen leg - more learning/teaching... Just had a quick look about, and time for God's Lions to Roar, and i'm thinking 'I have been' 2 massive battles involved in, won one - anyway i'll have a good look later.

The head confusing issue here for me is a couple of months ago the 'roar' as Ive now been told was going non stop a couple of nights going sleep, I used it as meditation - an email would be so much easier, avoid a few holes, pitfalls, swamps and rockfalls on our 'hard journey' eh lol - have a nice day all...

Last 2 nights tickly/twitching lower leg calves, Hi Holy Spirit I say in mind - and its so hard to relax the mind when it happens - so He want's me to do something when this happens twice nightly in a row now, I feel it, but whatever it is i'm not doing it, you just feel so tired at the time just in bed - but I will learn... And the roar roar I mentioned before here, happened this morning early hours from God - and ive been pushing my new online talks at care homes / churches etc - just getting it all ready, some online now on my website - and still helping worldwide with issues mentioned.

So if anyone has any clues how to connect with what's being offered, please speak up... Last night I did a pretty decent job relaxing, I was shown these building lots of them, like I was drifting by.

I have sent this message out to 6 convoy groups today worldwide... And I just want to say this, in case any reading get as far as this last page, and why shouldn't they.

Just because God is watching and on your side for 'free will' for all as He authorised, it doesn't mean He can intervene as in raining fire balls from the sky to take out dictators - because of free will 'higher knowledge' can only guide - 'we' have to do this, write those history books for those kids to read in future years everyone involved.

Let's make sure they like what they read, free will for future generations - go and earn it - listen to your gut....

If someone would have told me years ago when I was a car mechanic for decades, and then a web designer for 20 years that God would come in the future and give me instructions, i'd have thought ok, if you say so....

I started to get involved with my town centre church delivering many tens of thousands of tiny invitation flyers to put on shop counters since 2013... Then the pots outside with many plants since 2015.

Then in 2015 before the pots and flowers, my NDE - I was ill and I was trying to get to the 20k mark with the flyers, I was on 16,000 I remember, every 3 weeks to the shops, then I couldn't, but I was able to print and cut - and I remember all the piles of tiny flyers on a table to get it to 20k, with instructions to my dear friend Fred at church to see them delivered.

But then health detreated, to the last day or nearly was - then the hand on my head, after I was allowed to go so far into death that I witnessed my spirit excited ready to fly - then onwards, 16 pots I put in window ledges in church, and flowers every 2 weeks in vases... Then came the vision of Jesus in church Nov 2016 as on page 2 on this thread.

So yes God came this morning 'today' early hours, roar roar roar gently in my mind/ear and frozen leg, and the gorgeous blue energy I see... No instructions but I think seeds are planted as in ideas that come to mind later in the day, as in now to write here.

Iv'e been writing to Convoys, showing them my emails to MPs, telling them not to fight but get MPs there on side, and to listen to their gut feeling Higher Self - emails, as on the lounge page, and showing mainly our journey here in England UK - and how we got from difficult times to normality again, and getting on with it.

I've sent this out to many freedom convoy groups today, fighting 'peacefully' for God's free will for all, worldwide - welcome here...

And the reflection 'ive mentioned on here before' as in approval with something, has just come on under the eaves brightly, looking up though my small conservatory - not seen it like that in ages.

We 'all' have an Higher Self, Spirit Guides and an Angel assigned to us personally, some key players here could have 2 Angel's assigned by God.

It must be so frustrating when they are trying to guide us and we don't listen.

So how do we listen - 'we do nothing' sound good that, and clear the mind - you'll still decide yourself, it's just good ideas will come to 'some of you' via the gut feeling we all know of.

We psychics call it clear knowing, but it's advanced gut feeling - but if God wants to get a message to a particular one of you, by resting the mind you will leave the channels open - we all have this ability to some degree.

I am a member of Spiritual Forums where I became a master last year, so you could say I've earned my degree - my name on there is one-light.

I didn't know whether to put this on the song thread or on here - but i've discussed my church recently on here, so with free will here it is.

Our church was busy 'again' today - early days yet, but what a difference from Christmas time when I was concerned - so 1000 flyers posters out to shops/businesses, and I don't know if they come off them, it doesn't matter 'people come' - that's the main thing, and more to deliver this week.

I've only had one come in for help - but people come.

Then an hour after church I was walking my little dog in the park - and this song everything is coming up roses, I started humming it, where did that come from - that'll do.

So help to save churches with self healing advice...

I remind people here from all around the world - God doesn't want his churches closing... So if anyone looking on has a little free time, maybe 'you' can go and help at a nearby church, especially a vulnerable one - or find yourself a person that has mind/body knowledge to support you on a Sun for free an hour to help people - your town centre has many health specialists coining it in - just tell them it will be good for business, as in they pay for another consultation - but it get's people in church, and hopefully they return.

Then get your flyers/posters out on display in shops... Your efforts 'will' be noted - so maybe you will go and help to save a church, maybe you reading now makes a difference...
