Dear Raven Poet, I do not have such a diagnosis as I did not go to doctor to share my feelings about the same symptoms I feel inside. Every day I wake up and I am tired already. I don't know if it's the same thing, but I will dare to share my thoughts about it.
In order to have energy to live every day I drink a lot of citrus fresh squeezed juices, take vitamin pills, try to sleep 7 hours at night and 1 hour a day, changed my pillows and sleep only with fresh air in the room, go into sports and try to eat more vegetables and fruits.

I have fibromyalgia and cfs. I did some searching online and finally found this wonderful stuff called 5htp. After the second day taking it I woke up without pain for the first time in a long time. I can now exercise a little more and my cfs is getting better. I plan to cut out gluten and dairy which I heard should help as well.

It seems my fibromyalgia is caused by the build-up of lactic acid in my muscles and soft tissues.
So I take Apple Cider Vinegar prior to meals and Magnesium Malate with meals to dissolve the lactic acid.
Plus Yoga Nidra to properly relax.

Interesting topic - my daughter was diagnosed with CFS then Fibromyalgia from the age of 15. She is now 26
It has transpired that she actually has Lyme disease from a tick bite. Recently she cut meat from her diet (accidentally initially as there was no meat in her fridge for 3 days!) and the muscle cramps after eating have disappeared - she also has more energy so it is definitely helping.
