Before I go into the two questions, I would like to clarify that I am not here to sell my religion. Buddha had made it very clear that he cannot help the persons without connection to him. (Jeeez, my translation looks really funny... May I bother you to google search Yuan concept in Buddhism?) Basically it means, when conditions mature, people will pursue Buddhism; when they are not, you cannot drag people into it.
Yet as a Buddhist, my practice inevitably envolves Buddhism concepts. Please bear with me. You can replace my religious features in meditation with your own religion as you like.
