Can anyone recommend EFT for releasing negative relationship patterns

I started doing eft, and to a lesser degree FasterEft over the last few months, and notice a huge difference in neutralizing my feelings and or reactions to certain things. A bigger advantage is that when I tap on the current issue at hand other things seem to come up also that I find myself healing old core wounds that I didn't know I had.

I've recently had insight into my negative relationship patterns and would like any feedback on releasing these patterns through eft. I've used Brad Yates videos and positive affirmation videos of David Childerly. I find that I need something not so generalized to get me going.

Can anyone recommend something?
