Growth does not only come through pain! It comes through awareness, and that does not *necessarily* come by suffering either?

I think that WE make it hard by either being in a wrong relationship to begin with or jumping for something because the grass is greener on the other side. We create our own pain and don't even realize because we are not self aware.
It doesn't have to be painful. Just ask yourself how can I change this situation for the better without harming another or myself? I think we just have a fear of the pain or a dread of the pain and we concentrate on the pain instead of the result.
Now, I really have to go write that down...
