Raising your vibration! add on to list here
We all know that aligning oneself with the desire the feeling is imperative to manifestation, here are some things you can do to ensure you are attracting postive!
- excercise
- yoga
- medidation
- anything that clears out emotional blockages such as eft therapy etc
- energy work, shamanic healing esp
- self care
- 70% raw food diet
- roses are highest vibration so i reccomed using rose essential oil with carrier oil or lol finding a way to eat organic pestide free petals (i know lol)
- doing the things you love
- laughing, having fun
- affirmations
- dead sea salt baths once a week remove negative energy and detox the body check with doctor first
this is what i could come up with so far any other suggestions?
