Thank you Gem, Rah Nam, and others for your sharing. I can identify very much with what you have said Gem, as I do the same. I can also relate to what Rah Nam has said about rising vibrations.

There are people who find peace boring and these people often get an adrenaline rush from excitement; the greater the excitement the greater the rush. I saw this when I was in Vietnam during that war. But we can also become excited about peace.

There was a young English woman who was raped and murdered while doing charity work in Africa. Those who did this crime were caught and bought to trial. The woman’s mom and dad came to the trial and they forgave the people who raped and killed their daughter.

They were not seeking revenge, justice, or any kind of retribution. Yes, “forgive them for they know not what they do.” But will forgiveness alone wake a person up to an understanding that what I do to you I do to myself? An understanding that they are us and we are them.
