How to invite the pain
Sometimes I get a wave of emotional pain come on and I feel so bad that all I can do is surrender to it. I feel much better and more whole after. I want to open the door for a ñot more pain to surface, not an overwhelming amount thatll send me into complete existential despair, but enough to really hurt. I know pain with me. My mind works so hard to protect me from the pain even though its not as dangerous as it once was to feel it
