One of the best mantra's I know of..
"Can't do it wrong!"
Anytime, you think you did.. just repeat.. this.. just remind yourself..

Don't think of a pink elephant.
All that I have learned about affirmations is to say them in the positive
An alternative way for me to repeat this phrase to myself would then be:
Everything I do is correct and perfect.
or
All is perfect.
or
Everything is right and for the good.
Thanks for the reminder that all is perfect, I needed that.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru.

I usually throw a little nod in there that there are higher forces at work by saying it like this:
May everything be for the highest good.

"Can't do it wrong" has imo a much more energetic, snappier and happier feel to it. Besides, as I understand this is not supposed to be an affirmation but a mantra.
