Scary dream

I just wondered if anyone had any ideas on this dream I had last night.

I would class as a nightmare as it made me scream and wake myself up.
In the dream there was a black and white picture/photograph of me. I was standing topless posing infront of the camera. It felt like i was stood infront of a mirror actually. I was doing a bodybuilding pose with my hands on my waist and my elbows sticking out. But my arms were massively muscular and each arm was heavily tattooed. You could barely see any skin on my arms. From my shoulders to my hands. But I had no tattoos anywhere else on my body. For some reason I was looking deeper into the image as I was looking for the cause of something but I couldn't see anything. Then my little sister put the picture under some kind of UV light or some photographic equipment which exposed a dark/black figure in the image next to me.

I do have fairly muscular arms and a few tattoos. But not to the extreme in the dream. If that holds any relevance.

Then I woke up screaming. I wondered if anyone had any ideas here. Thank you!

The black figure is LUNA ~

The black/white image is Luna/Sol , we have both characteristics within us. Carl Jung termed them anima/amimus , and they are at war within UNTIL we accept both. Then they begin to rise up the 33 steps of the vertebrae ..... this is termed Kundalini rising ...... in Christian Mysticism ..... this is the rising of the Holy Mother, Devi Kundalini and with her She carries the True Consciousness ..... the No Self of the Buddha ...... the Self as Carl Jung termed it ..... The Christ Consciousness. We are a part of it ..... each unique in expression but ONE in TRUTH.

Standing topless in this dream indicates Naked Reality, stripped of illusion.

The dream is important as it indicates your Consciousness is being prepared to Awaken to its true origins.

This could be interpreted in a few different ways, so it really depends on you the dreamer. Tattoos can be a form of expressing oneself or making a statement. They used to be viewed as permanent, but they can be removed, so its really however you think of them and view them. Since you were flexing and posing, it could indicate just that, flexing your muscles or a show of strength that doesn't necessarily mean physically. It could mean ego or a tough guy persona or an intimidating self image. You should ask yourself what are you ALWAYS flexing and I'm sure you'll find your answer as to what the dream means. To me, standing in front of a mirror is showing you what you're putting out or creating as what you're putting out and creating, whether its through thought, word or deed becomes your reality. The dark figure can simply represent the unknown or unaware self as in you're unaware that you're doing it. Since you awoke in fear, it may be a fearful aspect of yourself. Perhaps you're afraid that your posturing and flexing is leaving a permanent mark.

Have you ever been posessed in your past?
I've had similar dreams, where I see my face in a mirror and then it turns into something dark or it is exposed to reveal something else that is scary, but it brings up scary memories that I can barely remember of times when I was posessed and had no impulse control over my body, when i would look at myself and the thing inside me would mock me, I was not me anymore.

No, I havent. I dont think lol.
This figure was outside of me.
Still, interesting nonetheless.
