Hello there.

Here's a little introduction to set my toes over the threshold - unnecessary information time until I can find something more interesting to share.
I'm Alisha. 20 years old, Sagittarius, and trying to hold onto harmony. I began my quest for enlightenment not too long ago - six months or so past - and in the absence of any like-minded comrades, have been wandering around in a solitary fog for a little too long. I wish to open my mind as much as I possibly can; harness some kind of equilibrium, for I've grown weary of stumbling around in a superficial, dissatisfied state. I figure that 19 years of restlessness is more than enough to realise that the irksome materialistic lifestyle is just not my cup of tea.
I guess this is me looking for a nudge in the right direction. Looking for similar souls who won't just label me as strange or psychotic because I yearn for a life without ridiculous obligations and financial success. Looking for liberation.
That's that, I should think. Be gentle, for my status as newbie is very fitting indeed! Thanks for your eyes.

You certainly won't be labeled for your thoughts and ideas by me.. I find them quite admirable! I've been on the spiritual path all my life and for me there's nothing else that even comes close to satisfying. A warm and enthusiastic welcome to the forum, and I look forward to reading your posts
