Easy ways to cleanse/recharge your crystals

Hi,

I have a growing collection of healing crystals, most are small tumbled crystals and I have quite a few now.

I was wondering what would be an easy way to keep them cleansed and recharged when it begins to feel like they need it.

I would run them under cool water or put them it cool water to cleanse, one at a time. I have also left the dish of them on the window sill during a full moon to recharge them.

I'd prefer to keep them indoors while doing so, if there are any other techniques that could help cleasne/recharge a large and growing group of small crystals, I'd love to hear from you. Thanks--PL

I use water and the full moon too, I only have a few I don't get wet, like desert rose. Some I leave in water for several hours, some I simply rinse (such as calcite, selenite, hematite, moonstone)

Easy thing to do is just leave them on your window-sill before you go to bed so the moon can charge then :)

Thank you. I think I will try both techniques. I will rinse or soak them in water then place them on my window sill during the next full moon. I definitely feel like they need a cleanse and recharge, so this will happen hopefully this week. Thanks again--PL

I've heard from someone that since crystals can also be cleansed/cleared by sounds (tibetan bell, tingsa, frequency...etc..) it can be cleared also by simply tapping it with your hand or drumming fingers on it, if you are in a hurry. Sound vibrations can reach deep inside that it'll "shake" and release any static charge dense electricity that stick into.

How about collecting soil from the earth and burying them in it? Mother Earth is an excellent healer/cleanser :)

Salt or sand bath them. I carry a box of sand from the Emerld Isle beach in North Carolina. Love the energy boost my gems get and how clean they are after. I leave them in it for three days or one full moon. They get the boost and strength they need.

I like your idea Arulin, with the beach sand, for cleansing the crystals. Good excuse to find a beach, take a vacation and bring home some of that beach sand !
