Muskogee
First, let me say that my spirit is jumping for joy inside my body at the discovery of this forum.
I have many questions about the Muskogee tribes as my grandmother's grandmother is Muskogee.
What are they known for? What are their practices? Where are they today?

The Muskogee are an ancient tribe,you will find a lot about them on the net go into google type in muskogee tribes and see where you get.

Hey, Mermaid Dreamer - so happy you are looking up your roots!
A word of caution about google searches - just pay attention to the websites you get referred to. Check to see if an Indigenous org or group wrote it. That way you have a better chance at getting accurate info.
When I've asked Elders in my area about some of the "info" I read on the internet about our peoples, they indicated some info is inaccurate. If you can, go to the area where you gm's gm lived - see if you can go visit any of the Old Ones living there, bring a gift, maybe some Asemaa (Ceremonial Tobacco - it seems to be a prayer medicine that many - but I'm not saying all - NA Indigenous peoples recognize as an appropriate offering when seeking info/guidance), and have a coffee or tea with them. Our Elders are waiting for the younger generations to come find them so they can share their stories and teachings before they leave the Earth.
