How to stop youreself from waking up
Hello,
I need some advice about becoming lucid when youre dreaming without waking youreself up by accident...
Last night was the second time I became aware I was dreaming this week, both times i've accidentally woken myself up but I dont know why. I dont think it's that I get to excited, it's more as soon as I become aware I automatically wake up. It's quite frustrating knowing I've had these chances but not been able to use them. What can I do to stop myself from waking up? And once I master that how do I transition from a lucid dream to an OBE?
Any help would be much appreciated :)

Keep trying different things to see if something works. Try noticing something and keep looking at it for a short while. Try holding onto a rock or an object. Try touching the door or wall. Do what the author Buhlman suggests to do when you know you are out of your body. Say awareness now.

Thanks for the advice Suzy :) I'll defenitely give that a shot. I just dont know when I'll become lucid again, starting to happen more often though. My dreams still dont seem vivid enough, could that be a problem? I think if they were I'd have a better chance of becoming lucid and possibly get a better experience. On the upside I've become lucid twice this week, I'm also getting better dream recall. Before I started trying I had zero dream recall, seriously I couldnt remember anything. Hopefully thats a sign things will improve.
Thanks once again.
