ITT: I'm going to read ALL of these, as I have yet to astral project, and I often doubt I ever will, so this could very well be my best source of information about the topic.

PiMaster... As you get into learning the information and doing a regular practice you'll see it's easier than you thought.
In fact, we go out of body naturally nearly every time we sleep. The difference in projection is we are conscious while we do it, and we can direct where we go to some degree.
