RV or clarivoyance? Anyway to become more accurate?

Hi, this may not be your ordinary type of question and perhaps you wont even be able to direct me to the right direction but I thought Id give this a shot. Ive done a fair bit of research about Remote Viewing, to clairvoyance to OBEs etc..., however my experience doesnt seem to fall in line to what RVing is. Or maybe what Im doing is an enhanced version of it, or from what Ive read and heard some people are more gifted than others etc...

When I was a kid and I'll never forget walking home and just thinking to myself what episode of simpsons would be on today at 5. And an image of the EXACT episode flashed in my mind and I thought alright that could just be a weird coincedence nothing to really look into. However, things like that started happening more frequently as I grew up. Not to mention things i seen in classes of kids, 2 girls, taking one out of the room sitting and sitting her down next to her friend and being able to read colours telepathically.

However more shockingly when I was at University at 18 years old walking to class, and I remember this as though it was yestersday. It was 8:30am I hadn't fully woking up yet almost like an altered state of consciousness and I heard a construction site ahead of me and the image of man with some sort of jackhammer or something along those lines was doing work and a rock flew out and hit me in on the side of the head. This image was about 50 meters or 30 seconds of walking time away. Sure enough right when I got to the site and was parrelll with the construction worker a rock shot out and struck me on the side of the head. At the exact spot and place and on my head that I saw before hand. I began to lose my ability soon after a "litttle bit" of drinking and smoking illegal herbs haha. I felt it hurt my chakras come to think about it...specifically my crown and mind eyes and the minor one at the low back of the head near the brain stem...should have learned. Now Ive quit for about 4 months and Im beginning to feel better.

I dont know WHAT this is but I went to university and studied mainstream science Biology and Health Science and eventually I started dipping into parapsychology and sprituality more recently in the last year. And things Ive found are pretty shocking! My background is Peruivian and our ancenstral roots (from what I researched) are highly spirtiual mystic type of people. I know this sounds a little strange but its seems to me as I MAY have some latent ability. I'd like to be able to cultivate this and see where this goes because obviously I cant control it and i have no idea where to start. And like I said I dont know if this is a type of RV or what it is.

I have begun to train myself to OBE/astral travel. After meditation which I kind of learned by myself with no formal training I was able to OBE pretty quickly maybe the 2nd time I tried. Im still working to make this consistant. I am a FIRM believer in the higher self and spirtuality, maybe not in way it ties to organized religons but as a whole. Ive messaged profs who are in parapsychology, to physic academys to advanced psychics to "mystery schools" and I havent recieved much, mind you I only messaged them a couple days ago so I should expect much yet. However, Im curious if people here can help in the right direction?

The TRUE higher-self can take YEARS, a whole life time to achieve from what I've been reading and feeling. Im not sure which path to take. If I could control astral travel Id just ask my spirit guides for a little guidance. However, Im still not sure if astral travel is a link between the subconcious or the soul.

Or if there are other realms, well multiverse theory has a strong argument by an Oxford physicts recently. Vedic philosophies also state astral travel is another realm. Would be shocking if it actually is. What would the general population think. They'd FREEK out. Espicially mainstream "scientists"
