PSI balls - what am I doing wrong?

I hear you have to imagine energy from within yourself shooting out your palms and forming a ball and then try to grab onto your balls in your hands and it really feels like something I should be able to do but I dont feel anything, and I've also heard that cats can see them and will chase after them if you throw them so I tried throwing some around my cat and that didn't work either, what am I doing wrong

There are a lot of YouTube videos on making chi balls. Try a few until you connect with one.

Ultimately you need to actually send energy out your palms (not just imagine it). Imaging IS an expression of intent that can lead actual results, though obviously not the most direct.

Note that pretty much every human with functional arms, sends energy out their palms all the time. What you are learning to do is to send more energy at will (under conscious control). The best place to learn to send energy out the palms is hands on energy healing (not Quantum or Reiki). There are also lots of local classes in most parts of the world and YouTube videos on how to do this.

The cupping of the hands is simply to hold the energy while it builds up. Think hose (palms) connected to a water balloon (cupped fingers). Fill it up then send launch it to where you want it to go.
