Discord
I'm finally thinking about getting around to making a discord server, but I'm not sure anyone here has discord or would be willing to join my discord server. Does anyone here have discord and would be willing to join my server if I was to make it.

What is a discord server, please. How would it work, what would it do?

Discord is like Skype, but more stable. You can text, voice and video, depending on the permissions. I Discord. It would work better than our current chat, possibly. Our current chat is very glitchy..

Yeah I agree that discord would be better than the forum. Seems people dont get on message boards anymore these days. Seems getting on a message board is outdated now. Sadly I dont get on social media much these days so I'm not up to date on what is the most popular. I suppose I could see about making a discord server when I got more time this weekend and post a link here. Hopefully it will be successful.

Ah, so it's a Discord Server ---not a discord server.
Discord on a spiritual forum, to me ...means something different.

Thank you for saying that. On the topic of 'discord'... 
I am inundated with new tech words all the time and no one
ever explains them, thinking the public has an automatic understanding.
Just giving the simplest of examples how I can't keep up:
I finally have a couple Roku big screens ---took forever for someone to explain that simple concept.
Dah, ''picks up from your Wifi.''
No one told me ---I just saw Roku TVs for sale everywhere one day.
I don't get it either, marketing wise*, since older people have a lot of $$ to spend on
conveniences if they only knew what they were.
* No one said, ''Buy a Roku TV and eliminate Cable''. Is that so hard?
