Auric protrusions/extentions

Hi,
Backstory:
So recently came out of the hospital, and some things I noticed from the auras of say my dr. mainly. Normally I just mirror back the tenticles, or these large tubular auric extentions, there were some side-effects which I found annoying(commonly). I still have trouble reading the tenticles, the dr. sent one out to my aura, feeling around for my energy which was more like open space, all I saw was the word hate, and blackness from it, when I mirrored it back(smilling whilst shivering, and quietly recovering from an allergic attack). I saw it bounce back to her, then she turned to the room, and announced that I hated doctors. It was very odd.

I also noticed, as it's been awhile since I met hooky-things, that mirroring didn't have an effect on her hooks-tenticles. The doctor would also occasionally shoot out these greyish-black tubular with a fish-hook end, that would grab into my aura. When they made contact, I felt paralyzed, unable to walk away, etc. it was terribly uncomfortable.

To the point:
I was thinking of switching from mirroring to radiating light similar to when I've met up with my soul family, and they have a type of nuclear radiation that vaporizes most anything with love/compassion. So rather than tune into space(my habitual stance), then re-tune to my higher self/soul group, and run a clear light from them(kinda like a conduit). Does that makes sense? :) Anyone done that before?

So what do you find best to deal with aura protrusions(hooks, stabby-things, blunt-clubby things)?

i think your proposed new approach would benefit you greatly.
radiating light/love is in keeping with your true nature (i believe);
to be true to your own nature is definitely the way to go.
prior to now, you've dimmed your glow so as to explore what
else you might discover -- you've found some disturbing things.
return to your true mode of being and life will get much better.
