Feeling Energy in my Hands
Over the past couple of weeks, whenever I went out side ,while it was sunny and there was a slight breeze, I have had the strangest feeling. As my hands feel the breeze, they start to feel almost staticy. This static feeling pulses in my hands. The feeling however is not unpleasant or painful. So if anyone has any Idea as to what may be happening please comment.

Yes, you are feeling your own aura.
Try this, lie on your back with you head propped up with pillow.
Hold your hands up at 90 degress to your body,Then move your hands in wards so they also most touch, bring back, then reverse the movement.
Do you get the same sensation? |

I am a reiki practioner and I remember when I started doing reiki on people, the immediate feeling I had in my hands was a cool breeze, and everyone else felt heat...We all experience and feel the non physical realm in our own unique way..becoming aware of these things, supports a more expanded view of you and all life as one source.

Sometimes I will feel a cool breeze somewhere on my body and it seems to just happen randomly! The last one happened a couple of days ago on my right foot! I am indoors with no ac or fan running or anything moving. I had always thought it was like a spirit moving or trying to get my attention or something... |

we have chakras in the palms of our hands, perhaps you are feeling energy from them. If I remember correctly, the left one takes in energy and the right one sends it out.

It pays to observe the sensations, rather than making it into something immediately. Our natural reaction is to ask..."what is that?"...and then sometimes the mind tries to decide, but if you allow it to be there feel it and listen deeper it will speak to you exactly what it means for you through you. So for example if the sensation were to persist, it may be trying to get your attention for that part of your body. Which can be any number of things, unique to you.
When I am doing a reiki often the person will tune into their own body naturally to what they feel through that shared space. I am aware often as one with them, and if they require my listening to support them, I will share..
