Buddhism and Hinduism, generally

Is Dali Lama Buddhism or Hinduism or both?
Is Bhagavad-Gita Buddhism or Hinduism or both?
Is Chogyal Namkhai Norbu Buddhism or Hinduism or both?
Is Gopi Krishna Buddhism or Hinduism or both?
Is Jiddu Krishnamurti Buddhism or Hinduism or both?
Is Deepak Chopra Buddhism or Hinduism or both?
Is Paramahansa Yogananda Buddhism or Hinduism or both?
Is Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev Buddhism or Hinduism or both?

I have quite the collection of books on file.
I have some on other topics too. I'll have a time but much pleasure purusing them.

Google is how I located this forum. I'd like input from some of the members that may have read and even studied the material.
I prefer opinions from those I've come to somewhat know more than just a general internet review.

For the most part, the answers to your questions are going to be facts, not opinions, which can be more or less easily located on the internet. Look for Wikipedia results, as they usually contain quality information.

Buddhism in a way is to Hinduism as Christianity is to Judaism.
Therefore, there is some overlap. It's not a bad thing and would be interesting to become very familiar with all. However, I'd like to take it one step at a time and am now concentrating on Buddhism.

I have used Google. I was interested in the comments the members here that have read the material may have.
Guiding with knowledge one has already obtained is a positive exchange. We can all help one another.

I actually practice Buddhism, although Hinduism also interests me. I like Buddhism because it gets right to the point. There is a lot of esoteric belief in Hinduism that may not be entirely necessary to one's spiritual goals, although I do integrate some aspects of the practice into my routine. My knowledge of Theravada Buddhism is rather extensive so I may be able to offer something of value in that regard if you have any particular questions or topics of interest.

I currently have some Dali Lama books on my tablet.
I have some attributed to the others from my original post within my collection.
I'd like to know in which order I should read their works, Buddhism to both to Hinduism.

I personally recommend the work of Thanissaro Bhikkhu:

Thanks, I bookmarked that site. I will definitely check out what's there.
Do you, and/or any other members, have input on those I mentioned in the original post of this thread?

I figured I should first go over what I already have. I've begun with the Dalai Lama ones.
I am currently reading A Flash of Lightening in the Dark of Night.
The other Dalai Lama ones I have are:
Illuminating the Path to Enlightenment
The Four Noble Truths
The Union of Bliss and Emptiness
Transcendent Wisdom
