Root chakra problems II

It is said that nothing beats persistance, and I never give up on anything I truly want.

I've been meditating deeper and a recent struggle with love left me with a new visual power. I can see the problem inside of me.

Imagine the chackras in the spine work as an electrical rod. Electricity is distributed evenly among the chakras and one is relaxed. My chakras open when I sit only.

Now for the problem itself, my root chakra is working fine, however, I am a very intense person and the heart hogs all the "electricity". Causing my grounding chakra to malfunction. Because I am not grounded obviously. I can see all of this happening inside me and I can't do much except sit down or take some old pills that I found in the cabinet(which I'm against, and that's why I'm here) but I have school and sometimes I need them.

Basically, my heart is absorbing all of the energy. I've considered doing hate meditation so I can keep my heart at one place but it costed me a lover since it can't be kept inside. Feeling love for me is very difficult since I am adopted and never received love while growing up. I'm what people call "B*thurt".

But I don't care about any of that I just want to have a strong root chakra. Even if it costs me an eye.

When doing Root Chakra work, you should gather your black and red stones, a red candle, and a grounded oil blend (Solum, Terra, or North). Smudge with sage, light your candle, anoint yourself with a centering scent; then, when your mind is clear and focused, repeat the following mantra:
"Today, I am present in my body.
I am a divine being, protected by Spirit and secure within nature.
I release fear and gain trust in the process of life.
I am grounded, centered, and fully present.
I am worthy.
I belong."
