Loud explosion and hit in the forhead

Hello everyone,

i would like to share this experience with you guys. As i was meditating and drifting off into sleep I experienced something I have not experienced before.

Lately I have not had as much connection with my spritual self as I normally would have due to my depression but as I am getting out of the depression my connection is returning to normal again.

Last night when I was connecting with my inner self again I suddenly heard a uninmaginable loud explosion on the same moment I was channeling allot of energy. The loud explosion was comparable with a gunshot in terms of volume.
What was even more weird was that it felt like someone hit me in the forheadwith a blund object. ( I live on myself and lock the room so there was noone else there, there was no pain too). That smack sensation was even so strong it physically moved my head backwards. As I was lying on my side to go to sleep. It really was like someone hit me in the forhead.

I suspect it has to do something with my third eye but I am wondering what other people think about it.

Someone has a similar experience? Interested to hear that!
