Not as much as I wish I could! I LOVE being outdoors, and feel like a caged bird when I am inside too long. Having a long winter here in Minnesota is at time tortuous!!
It is energizing, peaceful and a great way to re-connect outdoors.

I am blessed with where I live gives me the option of spending time in nature every day! And I do - I come home and ground myself everynight, spend some time in the garden and recharge and send love to my surroundings.

Hi Rosewater
I spend as much time as I can in nature and especially around trees. When I walk through the woods and close my eyes I can see the wonderful green healing energies that are swirling filling the air, and watch them go up my nose when I breath in. So yes it does help replenish our energies whether we are aware of it or not.

Love light and blessings to all

My home backs up to "green belt"... property owned by a non-profit organization dedicated to keeping it natural and untouched. Consequently, I am blessed with the site of deer, racoons, rabbits, possums, squirrels, chipmunks, foxes, coyotes, a great array of bird species and any number of other (unseen!) wild life. [I'm also treated to UFO's passing overhead on quite a regular basis, but that's another story for another day...!] Sharing space with God's creatures gives me a sense of connection with All That Is, and though my neighborhood is strictly suburbia (i.e., individual house lots lining a typical, tree-lined street) and convenient to banks, markets and other businesses, it is very quiet and peaceful and FEELS like you're out in the country. Best of both worlds [I also get in my car and drive up on Mt. Shasta whenever the urge strikes (and providing the roads are not closed by snow pack!) and I like to joke that it knows how to get there on auto-pilot ] Time spent in the beauty of nature is nourishment to the spirit... at least for me!

I completely agree! I absolutely love nature...just spending 5 minutes outside lifts my spirits up high.
