My love hides in cupboards
And drawers

Dozing
Soft lint of amnesiac cotton brushing
His cheeks,
Lulling him ever downwards
To depths of indifference
My love loves corners,
nooks and Dark spaces
Warm fug of black, curling in on herself
Winding ever tighter
To coils of safe and same
Sweet, sticky, patterned love
