I don't have the permission to publish a video, titled "Past Life Memories Lead To Reunion With Past Life Children", but anyway -
This woman says that if you have memories of past lives (which is my case) it is for a reason and you have to work on it, discover the truth and heal the wound. My question is: how? Not everyone is able to remember the specific details.

I don't believe that when you have memories of past lives that it always is an indication of something needing healing.
If you wish to know and understand your past lives then go to someone and have a past life regression - they are trained to help you. Just make sure you find someone you're comfortable with and trust. |

When you regress back to a life with pain in it and then you let that pain go , the wound is healed . Thoes that dont remember there past lives will need to re live lives untill they let the pain go that way .

I Always thought that having a spontaneous regression is better than forcing it trough hypnosis. I understand that my mosaic can't be as precise as the mosaic made with the guide of a professionist. However, maybe i fear some sort of contamination. Thoughts that aren't mine, false memories that could end up in my mind and so on. It's inviting, but at the same time i am not sure that i trust this particular technique.
I've had periods of "absence from the present" and i felt as if my old self was calling me. In these occasions i've had memories of past life. Sometimes happened with music... carries me back. I could be wrong, but i think that i don't remember the life, my memories are only connected to the moment of death.
