What could 9 of swords mean in health? Could it be mental health? depression,?

It's not the most positive card in the deck, unfortunately. To me, it shows you being anxious about something; but this card can also mean depression and even nightmares; or that something is keeping you from sleeping.
What position is the card in - as in is it representing your health in the future or your health as it is now?
Sorry I couldn't be a little more positive

Thanks, I did the astrological 12 card spread...a card for each house. For 6th house(health) I got 9 of swords it is I'm present tense. I have been feeling depressed about my finance situation and I am always anxious about my health. A few days ago I cried myself to sleep because of an argument I had with a family member about my job situation. Could 9 of swords being that up?

I don't see it as depression, but I do see it as anxiety and worry. I agree with Jenny: sleepless nights about something or somebody.
As far as physical health, maybe a surgery? The only reason why I say that is because a surgery is all about knives and cutting a person open. And the swords could represent knives. Just a thought.

Actually the card seems to fit then, doesn't it.
I agree with Awakened Queen - it's more to do with anxiety, I think, than anything else.
Try not to worry so much and let your anxiety drain away. It's not good to worry like that

Come to think of it, I am disturbed in my sleep because I always have to knock a dozen times on wood as part of my sleep ritual.
