hi!

I have noooo idea about past lives. I'm pretty sure I believe in them, I would definitely say yes if I had to choose, but not totally sure as it's a foreign concept to me..

but so I post because I am wondering if maybe somebody who posts here has a knack for detecting past life ideas about others? maybe just maybe so I thought I would post and ask because I am curious, thank you!

I can't detect past lives, as a rule, a couple of occasions I've had a glimpse of a theme for someone rather than the actual details, on those occasions I've pulled back as I don't like proceeding without express permisison.

To find mine, I've done a few Past Life Regressions, to some success. I have had others read my past lives and that has been more successful - usually.

The first time I went into regression of a life, it was quite shocking, and I know I know that it was part regression but my mind stayed somewhat active and I brought my energy into it.

Now, I'm a little more cautious and whilst I accept the "story", I am also aware that it has my stamp on it!

There are meditations on the internet that may help if you wish?

I have only seen mine, but if you want to see your own I would start with meditation & connecting with your spirit guide. S/he can help you achieve many things.

Do a self hypnosis , or have some one regress you to your past lives . You can buy a self hypnosis cd at most new age book stores , there are bunch on you tube . There are some other methods , like watching a candle , or mirror . .

Dream Librarian, extra terrestrial life is something I feel similarly about. I would say yes if I had to choose yes or no, but it's an uneducated and unenlightened yes. why?

I am a bit troubled... so I've neglected to begin a lot of things that I eventually/ideally want to.. like meditation for one. hypnosis another surely. the list is long but yea as it is I feel too exhausted and incapable of tackling the tasks I deep down want to...
I am not aware of my spirit guide(s) and I guess I would have to say I believe in that too given the circumstances and this awesome forum with all of you people who have their own accounts, but it's an uneasier yes..
Discussing these things and learning from you guys is helpful and may more quickly incite me into action. there is so much stuff I want to do tho, and so many things not as fun that I should have done months or longer ago, so how do I proceed.. that's a rhetorical question. the sad answer I guess is that I'm not ready. I've got to stop sabotaging myself

On remembering a past life there a bunch of methods . Hypnosis and self hypnosis . Looking in a mirror , a candle flame , or boll of water . These methods are in books and can be found on the net .
