After you have opened your third eye?

Hello everyone I want to thank you right away for taking the time out to read this. I have opened my third eye and all of my other chakra's are spinning well like there suppose to, I just wanted to know now since I have opened them and my third eye what am I suppose to do now? I have continued to meditate and visualize more etc. I haven't really seen anything except white faded dots. If you have any advice to give me I really would appreciate it I just want to make sure I'm doing the right meditation. Be Blessed Everyone :).

In the course that I took, after developing the chakras, the next step was astral projection. With the combined knowledge of energies and the mechanics of the astral plane, you'll be able to do whatever you want.

What are you looking to achieve? What is it that you're trying to see?

Well I'm trying to see what I'm suppose to see my guides, spirits, etc everyone has abilities I understand and my abilities are to see those spirits. I'm continuing to meditate and visualize etc.

Oh that's good I haven't been able to astral project yet though but I have before but it's been a while for me. I don't exactly have a teacher I'm just trying to learn some what on my own there is no teachers in my area.

Ah! That might take a different approach.

The meditation and visualization of the chakras go down the route of active imagination. Astral projection requires very very passive imagination, which is a lot more difficult than it sounds and doesn't necessarily go in the direction that you want to go anyway.

It might help you sense spirits, eventually, when you get to changing your "frequency" through astral projection-- but the astral plane is not the frequency that most of the spirits are going to be in.

So, I would recommend meditation to create a paracosm. It could be your choosing-- mine is a library, I know another's has a dojo, and many people have grassy fields by the lake, by a river, a clearing in the woods, natural environments... or not, like they can have a simple room with electric lights that they access by meditating that they're inside an elevator.

Once you've given enough attention to the details of that place, invite your guides to enter. Don't imagine your guides, but imagine inviting them. Be patient, and often, they'll take shape...

I just ran "spirit guide meditations" or "higher self meditations" or "past life regression meditations" through a search engine and got stuff to visualize that... were effective, more effective than mere daydreaming should be, but the effects were not what I expected.

For example, in the meditation to meet my higher self, one climbs up a ladder. When I did this meditation, the rungs would crumble and no active imagination would allow me to hang on. Conclusion: I wasn't ready.

In the meditation to regress to a past life, I would step down some stairs and into the roots of a tree with alcoves that I could enter to experience a past life. There was a monster there. That wasn't part of the meditation, but there was a monster there. Conclusion: I wasn't ready.

To meet my animal guides, I did a meditation that had me walking through a forest and into a zoo. There were too many animals, and none of the resonated with me. Conclusion: I was too confused, and wasn't ready.

So, that can happen.
