Lucid Dream

This is brilliant!

I listened to this link ( '214hz Pituitary gland - Center forehead - Pineal gland' - youtube video ) provided by Liet here in a post last night whilst I lay in bed.

I had a lucid dream! Although I was aware I was dreaming, and for the first time I had a dream from first person perspective, normally I would dream as more of an observer from a little above strangely, and the person 'I am' in the dream I would just *feel*/know I am that person in the dream and this representation of me wouldn't always be a fully be me (-if that makes sense) she would look a little different to me or the personality I didn't quite connect to as *me*.

Anyway, so yeah a rare first person perspective dream, (like it is IRL) plus a lucid dream at that...The lucidity was a bit strange though in that my awareness was slow as if I became a slow thinking person.

I was in some sort of market place, which actually formed in steps, where the stalls appeared firstly then it was as if I was thinking 'where are all the people) and then a rush of people walking in the opposite direction to me appeared at first these people looked a bit odd, their faces weren't quite human and a couple of them walked through me XD but they didn't know I was there.

Then I walked over to a stall and there was a girl there selling some clothes, I smiled and she showed me a couple of items and then as I'm leaving I ask who she is, she said Susan, and he friend just comes over and says her name is Melenie...I wave goodbye and walk on, this guy approaches and starts showing off his muscles...and then I woke up all of a sudden, which was odd, I think it maybe because the guy was cute and got me flustered or something.

I didn't do anything too exciting and explore much, I suppose because I was just getting used to *being aware* that I'm in my dream state. Also, as I mentioned my thinking seemed to have slowed down.

I had a bit of lucidity about a week ago now, when I thought I may have been dreaming went over to the water to see my reflection and then saw my reflection distorted -starting to realise I'm dreaming, but I got scared and let myself sleep again.

My lucid dream wasn't me dreaming and then realising I'm dreaming. There wasn't an 'aha' moment.

I gradually went into it, so I wasn't surprised or even thinking 'wow' what can I do, it was more of a 'hmm' lets see how this plays out, just getting accustomed to this is my 'mind space' and not reality. Suppose also I wasn't sure that I could just 'create' something, and how would I create what I want.
