I have been healing myself since with various methods over the last 3 months,(a healer and self help).The physical symptoms i have are body aches and pains and light headaches and diarrhoea which are toxins being flushed out.I get sad/angry a lot too and its very draining but its important to let these emotions out and feel them but dont wallow in them.I also get trembling and shakes in my body when i meditate.This is the healing energy trying to get through the blockages of negative emotions that are trapped.
