Books on Baha'i, Sikhism, and Other Religions

I have lately been reading a couple of books on different religions, and I thought I'd share them. I feel like I've learned a lot and my spiritual path has been enriched much by them. I'm interested in learning about all kinds of religions. Rastafari is one I am curious about, as well, and I don't know what all there is out there. And if anyone else wants to share books of any of the lesser known religions that don't have their own separate forums, they can (or any other resources, like sites, videos, anything you like). I wasn't sure if I should put this in the books section or general religion, but I thought more people might fit better in religious discussion than general book-related stuff).

So the books I've been reading are 'Make a Joyful Noise' by Pamela Brode (a book on prayer, but from a Baha'i perspective. And 'The Book of Certitude' by Baha'ulla, as well as 'Gleanings from the writings of Baha'ullah', by Baha'ullah, and 'The Light We Give' by Simran Jeet Singh. I see ideas in each of these books that I haven't seen presented the same way in other religions, and it's really helping me a lot. I don't necessarily agree with everything they say or do, but I've learned a lot.

Just thought I'd share, in case anyone else might be interested.

Good for you, Louisa, yes!
Aw, I was friends with a couple of SWEET people that were Baha'i, a long time ago.

You know also who are fascinating the Rosicrucians!
I love the Sikhs...Guru Nanak and the gang. :)
And not being funny, but anyone with Singh in their name, lol.
Try anything by Kirpal Singh, esp, ''Naam or Word".

Thanks, Miss Hepburn! I will check out Rosicrucians, and Kirpal Singh. :) I love learning about all kinds of religions, so much wisdom, and I think they all balance each other out in different ways, in my opinion, or for me anyway. There is a group of Baha'is where I live who donated those books to the library, or else I might would never have discovered it.

This site also has the books I mentioned by Baha'ullah, and other books by him as well as others:
https://www.bahai.org/library/author...xts/bahaullah/

I think you can also find the books read aloud on Youtube, but I haven't listened to them that way myself, and I haven't read them online, but I often really prefer to hold an actual book in my hands. Somehow, the Baha'i books I read seemed to give me strange, uplifting energy when I read it (like tingling and a kind of fiery/cool feeling), which is weird, but I attribute it to some spiritual energy (it might be that way for me in particular at this time, because it's something meant for me at this time, as I've had similar things with certain spiritual things before, but never with a book before these).

Oh, and the other Baha'i book by Pamela Brode is actually called 'The Power of Prayer. Make a Joyful Noise is the subtitle.
