I misinterpreted the line "void giving birth" as

"giving birth to the void"... So I thought that was a pretty clever sentence structure.

Thanks for your insights, the void is a bit of a mystery to me. As a noun defined as "a completely empty space". Is that even possible? God is in all places, or so we surmise.

horror vacui nature abhors a vacuum?
I think it means something about the horror of a having to use a vacuum cleaner but apparently it is more about the horror of empty space, both two things are mutually terrifying in my book if I overthink them.

Though as it is noted in art and theater, apparently it is the empty spaces which give weight and meaning to the whole colourful rigmarole.
