Disabling spiritual processes and dark night of the soul?

Hi everyone!

I hope you guys are doing well.

For the past couple of days, a "tiny" concern had been rising in my mind and making me afraid and concerned about my future.

The topic is the dark night of the soul.

Most of the resources I have read online, seem to indicate a very painful process in which one is basically left without nothing.

My awakening made a grand entrance sometime in 2013. I literally felt being used as a puppet due to all the energy around my head, eyes, nose, face and other parts. It was very painful.

I started my IT career that year too and since the energy was so strong it basically disabled my ability to focus on the task at hand. I obviously received a bad review.

For some reason, I could also sense energy and interpret what was going to happen in the future.

I will try to avoid writing another long book of my experience and go straight to the point...


Is it possible to disable these spiritual energies, processes so I don't need to go through the dark night of the soul?

Dear lighter,
Please try not to be worried about that. We all have different pathways and destinies to fulfil. And not all of those pathways result in the "Dark Night of the Soul".
Not one is 'greater' or 'more important' than the other by the way, whether they go through that catharsis or not.
Dark Night of the Soul isn't something that happens to everyone.

But may you be given the fortitude and grace to cope with all things which come your way, both easy and difficult. For some inexplicable reason, even though pain is felt in spiritual difficulties, many many times, the fortitude is discovered and the way does open up.
Although patience and gracefulness are helpers during such things.

I know, because I have had a lot of tough stuff, but I am still here....being silly!

Not only is disabling the "dark night of the soul," possible, it is easily done. Simply focus on the opposite energies. Whenever you begin to have thoughts of the "dark night of the soul" shift your energy to a pleasant memory. There is nothing that says you have to endure these dark nights. You can do it, I have faith in your ability.

I agree with Tobi, not everyone goes through the dark night of the soul.

But if you do, you won't be sorry you experienced it after you are through. It takes you to a whole new level.

I feel I am extremely irritated due to lack of answers on the things that I am experiencing.

I have read that it is the ego that wants the details and wants to know the "whys" whereas the body/heart, can sense t with a good or bad sensation.

I am able to sense energies , sometimes what is going to happen next or thoughts of others.

Some answers who be great and make me more relaxed.

You said you feel frustrated due to lack of answers but from what I can see there are many people here who gave you insight, one person even offered to release the energy you are struggling with.

Yes the dark night of the soul can be bloody tough, i went through mine during my Saturn return and it was years of terrible things, to the point I didn't want to live anymore but I became a much stronger person and learned a hell of a lot. In the end im in a much better place literally as I moved to an area I can only describe as my heaven on earth, yes I had to cut many many people from my life but im much happier having done it.

Im around 2 years past my dark night of the soul and I have never been happier. Sometimes you just need to let go and let things happen, if you have trust in yourself you will be lead to a much better life.
