Signs: Sent by angels of light or angels of darkness?

God will send His messengers, angels, to us when we are in need of help, when we ask for a sign our angels will give us one, sometimes the signs can be confusing, while others are quite clear but none the less they were angel sent, you can pretty much tell, its a feeling, a total sense of knowing... or is it?

Satan will have his hand in most everything given a chance, he will infilterate his evil deception into everything he possibly can. And make you believe its from an angel of light. So how can you be sure the signs you have gotten are from an angel of light or an angel of darkness? Is there a way to tell?

I've been pondering this for quite some time now, some of the "signs" I've received while seemingly came from light I'm questioning if they were actually from the dark. I'm feeling now that they were indeed from the darkness or is it because the outcome wasn't what I needed or wanted? That I followed my heart and still got hurt? Or perhaps I read the sign wrong? Or was it indeed sent by an angel of darkness?

How does one deciepher something like this? Or is this too deep. Some I realize don't believe in satan and the evil he creates, some of us do, I'm not asking those who don't believe, I'm not using this as a debate, rather what the topic is about, "Signs: Sent by angels of light or angels of darkness?".

I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right section, though it is about signs but not in the normal sense.

I'd like to know as well, but from what I understand; the best way to understand which side of the demiurge the spirit is "from" is to feel it's intent towards you, and what caused it to interact with you? If you were in deep fear/sadness it is very possible a parasitic spirit that feeds on people's demise might be feeding of the energy of said demise. When you emit vibrations you open a spiritual door to any spirits that match that vibration. If your vibration is fear, you will open the big door of fear to all the fear eating vampires, if you resonate love you will only open the "door" to light.

I've been having similar problems when I meditate and feel the light then afterwards I see a sign of darkness it makes me wonder things like is God secretly evil

Hi Elfay,

Your posting resonated with me. In the past year I had a vision and voice told me to take a direction which turned out to be not true and wrong. I am amazed that it was wrong! if they were for my Angel....they won't be. I was not sad or in fear, how did darkness showed me wrong stuff?

Stuff like this makes me scared nada wondering how I can trust signs and also if in fact god really is evil

No God is not evil. I didn't write this thread to make anyone scared, rather to think, to keep an open mind.

I believe it's all about trust, trusting yourself, trusting your own judgement and intuition. That's what it all boils down to. And to question, not just accept, if you are in doubt ask!! The answers will be within you, you will know it.

You must follow your own heart. I don't pretend to know the answers but I know I can not live in fear. I know good will always win over bad but you must allow it to happen. To open your heart and to trust. To have faith, knowing God is always there for you, He will never lead you wrong.

Yes temptation is great, temptation is not Godly, rather from the dark. Angels from the light will not tempt you, or make you do or feel anything that is not comfortable. Angels of light only have your best interest. Angels of darkness wish to destroy you and all that is good.

Not to sound condescending but which god are you talking about

We all receive guidance on a regular basis whether we realize it or not, but how reliable the guidance is depends on a few things. For starters, it depends on what the guidance is and how your received it. Did you receive it in your waking state and "think" it was a sign? Did you receive it in your resting state in a dream? If you received it in a dream, did you recall it correctly and or could it be something other than what you think it is? Or did you receive the guidance during meditation?

As you know, guidance can come in many different ways and take many different forms, but it still has to be received through you and as such, it goes through your own personal filter. This personal filter consists of all your personal experiences, your beliefs, perceptions and attitudes. These can color and distort the guidance you receive.

A good way to recognize true guidance is ask yourself the following questions:

1. Is it wise?
2. Is it loving?

Just because something seems odd, strange or coincidental does not make it guidance as you're an energy magnet that is always attracting that which you think. For example, you think about getting your child an expensive kite that they want, but your not sure how you can afford it. You then start to see the word kite everywhere or pictures of kites everywhere, but that doesn't mean that it is guidance, but rather a reflection of your thoughts. However, if you randomly meet someone who mentions that they own a kite store that sells the very same kite that your child wants and can sell it for you at a discount, that is an answer provided to you.

That's exactly what I was thinking Awakened Queen, sometimes because the outcome isn't the one we were hoping or looking for we tend to see the negative to it.
