Can Mind Create Matter??

Is this what that double slit experiment is suggesting? Is that what happens at death, that our minds, freed from the body can literally fashion their own worlds and realities??

If so, why can we not do it in this everyday life??

Who is ''we''?
You can't....

Masters in the East do it all the time and so did Jesus,

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

I don't think the double split suggested anything definitive, on the contrary, it made a definitive particle into something that was 'maybe a wave or maybe a particle', and brought about the immeasurable quality of something that's probably here or there yet possibly anywhere... or perhaps everywhere.

The esoteric perspective is theoretical and highly speculative, but we know that a person can write a list of things they want to do, and then go out and do them, so the initial thought of something can and does bring that thing about.

Because with great powers comes great responsibility.
Only very responsible people, Masters, are blessed with those qualities.

This quote below I agree with very much:
Buddhism teaches that after a practitioner achieves a certain degree of realization, spiritual power develops.

I'm with Ms H on this, you are assuming no one can fashion their own world and own reality, but that is not the case.
There are those who do and there are those who are aware the double slit experiment only told a part of the story - there is much more there that science has not yet fully realized and those that do understand, by whatever their mental metaphor for it, do indeed fashion their own reality. They are the Masters of their own experience and own reality.

It always depends which mind. Mind is not mind. every level of vibration has it's own mind. and they are not connected. We can not connect to the mind in 5th density.
there are some who can do some cheap creation tricks, but in my understanding they always need the help from one or two levels higher.

I don't think I know what "Cheap Creation Tricks" are.
Could you give us some examples please?

Hello metal, I too love science and spirituality. That being said I believe the double slit experiment suggests that the observer forces the wave function to collapse. Simply by watching the experiment forces the wave of probability to manifest a result. I don't believe it creates any matter. I do find it interesting that an observer is needed for it to manifest tho. Very interesting stuff.

Mind experiences matter.
One could then speculate that "what" the mind experinces as matter could be shaped by the mind.
Whether this becomes a universally shared experience of matter could still be questioned though.

I've always taken it to be the experiment and equipment is the observer more so then us. We're just another object and observer. Who do you deem the most important observer to be, dose it have to be living. Maybe we see the results.
