animal guides

someone told me that they is no such thing as an animal guide as how could they be when an animal carnt speak on the earth plane so they will be the same when the pass also because they havent evolved enough what do you all think ?

I percieve them differently for I've seen a series of them.. I feel that they are like vocabulary words/area of opportunities.. I feel when my guide shows them to me its an area that I need to work on.. Few times it was showing/confirming but, for the most part acknowledgment/awareness..

I often see peoples animal guides as as toolite they are not a continuous guide although there may be which chooses to walk through many paths of your life but they are there to help with different areas that you may need help and guidance.. i find some of these animal guides to have a stronger presence than some of those that can speak even for me at least.

I don't believe that speech is required here as they bring with them their qualities that you may need as each animal is specialist in some areas over other.

In the native American tradition there are 9 - 11 animal guides (also known as power animals or totem animals) depending on what tribe you came from. The animals protected certain directions around you.

They don't exactly talk to you but bring their certain traits for you to learn or from.

Animals are telepathic and they show you through emotions. My dog is very expressive and can get his feelings over to me very easily and it is not different when they are in Spirit.

For me my animal guides have been spirits I know that have taken the spirit form of an animal to teach me certain lessons. The memories of these lessons can then be trickered when I see that animal in real life, on picture or so and that way help me to learn them. At the moment I have a snake and a badger. The badger is quite new as it has replaced the cat I had from I was born and until this february.

I'll offer my perspective as a Native Indian who walks with her animal guides daily....
So, um, I will say that they do exist :)
And they can be 'permanent', inasmuch as anything is permanent, especially when the animal is a power animal, clan totem, or band (or ancestral) totem.
Not all Native Indians believe in the 9-11 totems philosophy. Actually, many don't.

For myself and my band, we differentiate between a 'guide', which for me can shapeshift into many forms, and a Totem, which stays as it is.
My Power animal has been with me for many decades.
My Clan totem even longer.

Totems do not have to be animals, either. I know people with cloud totems, rock totems, and totems of the Green and Standing People.
What needs to guide you will speak to your heart....and until you know your real animal guide intimately, you can just let your heart be your guide.

Hello

Does a human need to speak for us to understand them ? Having worked with those so confined in a body that seems to not function we have communicated. We do not need the works or tools that make communications easier to communiciate.

I do have two main animal guides and I do feel messages from them but in vibrations of energy not so much words. What I feel they give to me is their unique skills and survival skills. They open me deeper to seneses that we share.

I feel that we are equal an on levels to evolutions just that we come forth in different forms is all.

My children and I have animal guides. My son was able to converse with them for 2 years. Now he can only see their auras. My daughter can only converse with some of the guides. I cannot converse with any of them but I have seen my animal guide and felt and heard from one of my daughter's animal guides. These animal guides can morph into different forms, especially human forms. One of them is as old as time plus one year. These guides are more specifically the protector guides and rarely give us advice on day to day matters.
