Do you practice/study the Spirtual traditions of your ancestors?

I'm reading Celtic myth and religion,a survey of traditional beliefs with translated prayers,poems and songs atm and am interested in Celtic traditions.

I wondered if anyone else prefers to study the spirituality of their ancestry/background through myth,folklore,pagan things and the like and feels more connected to their ancestors this way.

Or do you prefer to study eastern things etc.

Hi the book sounds very interesting but I have never thought about in that way
but it feels like a good thing to do
I mean I am my own history , that is my past lifes ,they dont go back that far
