Beautiful, actual sign I saw today, wanted to share with all.
I went and got a deep tissue massage today and I've never had a 'healing' per say, but this experience was close to what I imagine that entails. Yes, I've had massages before, but I dunno if it was the awakening or the massuse or what, I just felt so much being opened in me and released. But anyway the main thing was when I was done I sat up and right in front of me was an actual sign on the wall that said Hello Courage and it had monarch butterfly wings on it. I didn't see it, would almost swear it wasn't there when i walked in! That just made my day and made everything even better! Wish I would have taken a pic to share, but I have the mental pic and hope it formed for some of you for when you need it!
