Anyone felt their past life identity take over?

I have been surprised in some experiences I have had in the astral as it is as if my past life self knew spiritual things and how to act that I myself have been oblivious to. Like I just know but I shouldn't know. Like sometimes I don't know if I am suppose to act on it or not do that.

I have found the identity of my past life self. They said she was a very religious person who after her divorce split from the church but would reconnect in later years (to the church).

I do not know if she worked for the church as a medium or psychic or what ever or what on earth was going on with her. From what I understood people still liked her so much that they put up with her "religious babble".
