Hi I have used the I ching "Plum blossom oracle", its easy to use, and the readings are out of this world. They alway fit the question and amazingly accurate.

I'm currently using Joseph Murphy's "Secrets of the I Ching", but I don't particularly resonate with the style of writing in this version - It is not my thing. I guess I'm looking for a version with more a "hardcore" style of writing...Can anyone recommend something?

Well, I actually just came across a version by a guy called Thomas Cleary, who apparently translated "The Art of War" and other books of strategy as well - I ordered it straight away because my intuition got all giddy at the notion
