Dream about karmic partner

Yesterday I had a dream about my karmic partner, which is weird, since I only dream about my twin flame. In the two years I obsessed about him, I didn't dream about him once. What could this mean?

Here was some of the dream: He was dating a girl from my high school and it turns out he gained weight. I was in the dream too -- apparently I wasn't over him and was very interested in the relationship between him and the high school girl. All the girls from my high school knew about him and were sort of out to get him. Any ideas?

"apparently I wasn't over him" doesn't sound like an authentic feeling you've
