When do you feel most spiritually connected?
I guess spirituality can mean different things to different people.
At times I feel disconnected, but it's always meditation that brings me closer to the source again. Sometimes I go months without meditating and feel tired, sluggish and out of balance. But when I can back into daily practise it's like it recharges my battery. I feel more energised, I appreciate the beauty around me and feel the drive explore and learn more about life.
What re-connects you spiritually?

Last night my battery's got recharged. I was at a shipper near the ocean. Waiting, and waiting. Sleeping a little here. Then move the truck. Then sleep a little more. Move the truck. Almost fell back asleep. Got to move the truck again. Then fell back a sleep for a bit. That's sleeping as a truck driver some times. But despite that when I fell asleep the ocean visited me in pure love. It was soft and she just wouldn't stop. I don't know why? But I will take it. I was like swimming in beautiful soft loving bliss.. She kept surprising me with fun dreams and healing from the bliss. It was beautiful! I feel very lucky!

When I talk directly to my Father.
There is some Christian song about being a prayer away from God...
I find that amazingly true.
I am humbled immediately as if I am in His Immediate Presence.
I feel I am.
Songs, words, are sweet...but for me, nothing is as potent as talking to God....
Then comes me being still and bathing in His Love.
