Vibrating arm

Has anyone else experienced a vibration in their left arm during meditation? It happened to me at the same time as seeing more vivid lights and colours.

After meditating for a while one becomes more perceptive and notices that under the solid rigid feelings there are subtle tingly and vibrational sensations.

I think the art is not allow something that feels light and energetic any particular importance over more solid rigid feelings, it is more about noticing how any feeling is in constant flux and change so as to more deeply experience impermanance.

As a metaphor it is like a breeze... one feels it on the skin, but after a moment it isn't the same air, entirely new air is touching you, and you are also entirely new, and if you feel the breeze in much more detail you can notice it continually changes as each moment passes.
