(COMMENT)
The Abrahamic Religions have many well-known spiritual processes such as the last rites, burial rites, weddings, communion, etc. When, where, and how these rites are performed are known as accepted practices.
◈ Rites (rituals) are a matter of "what/which and when" a process is performed.
◈ Practices are generally about the performance (how and technique) of the rite.

are they all related to witchcraft, or if witchcraft is different that all practices.

(COMMENT)
Witchcraft is a (generic) religion. As a general rule, witchcraft involves powers that originate from a supernatural source. These transferred powers are often described as mystical or mysterious because understanding the source is beyond ordinary knowledge (of the occult).

My understanding is that there is no test and measurement technique or comparative analysis tool that can determine and reliably assess the strength of one occult power over another.

It depends on the qualifications of the practitioner and nature of the supernatural source.
