I keep snapping myself out of meditation by shouting

Hello' Humanb:



Rather than offer you an opinion (which is based on personal preference) I would prefer to 'intuitively read' your energy patterns and we can see what comes through.

What appears is....that you are offering this message to yourself is an association with expanding your self-awareness.

And this loud verbal expression appears to be a reinforcement of the separation between physical and nonphysical expressions.

Now, expanding your awareness encompasses all of your expressions, and this 'verbal expression' of yours appears to be a form of allowing yourself a recognition of how your expression of consciousness in physical expressions, physical actions, generates a rippling effect within consciousness.

It also allows you to familiarize yourself with you, therefore this 'verbal' action IS expanding your awareness concerning yourself in a physical expression, and in this, you generate less separation, which is the purpose of this 'shouting' expression.

Therefore, this verbal expression that you do is letting you know that you are not off the track and you are not misconstruing or misunderstanding.
And in this, it is helping you to move your attention into a 'noticing and familiarization' of what you generate physically.

This is what appears to be your message that you have presented to yourself.


Remember not to concern yourself with the cosmos for you ARE the cosmos.
