Need Advice and help in North Carolina

Heres my problem, I am a long time solitary practitioner of wicca for many years now. But I am having trouble these days and need help. This is hard to explain but I will try my best to put it into words. Around six years ago I met a woman who I fell in love with deeply and we started dating. Within the first year of dating we did a binding ritual to bind our heart and souls together since we both loved each other very much. Over the next few years we was together this woman hurt me very badly and traumatized me. but i still always forgave her and continued to love her from the heart. We broke up almost 3 years ago when she hurt me for the last time but I am still having nightmares about her and she remains in my thoughts everyday and in my dreams when I sleep. I do forgive her and wish her the best in life as I do still love her, but I don't want to be tormented any longer or even think about her no more. I want to start healing from the pain I have been in for so long. This problem is also affecting my abilities as a solitary practitioner because I am unable to focus properly. What should I do ? Is there any advice on my problem and what to do about it ? If someone can help please do.. Is there a spell or ritual I can use to fix this problem ?

Sorry to hear about what happened to you. As a practitioner though, you should know that there are one or two things that may help you leave behind the negative emotions that you're engulfed in.

The first thing I would try is to do a working to accept the situation and move on - do it on the waning moon; and if your negative emotions are very strong you may have to repeat it. Another way is to do a working to release your negative emotions concerning the past relationship - again it would be best to do this on the waning moon.

Once you've got rid of the negative stuff then you can fill that void with positive, life-affirming, happy thoughts and emotions.
