OK, great, H:O:R:A:C:E. I like your opinion. I read something about this a long time ago. If I am not mistaken, it was called soul retrieval.

"soul retrieval" sounds vaguely familiar to me, and a cursory exploration
indicates that it may indeed be what i was thinking of.
the fundamental idea is that health is "wholeness"; so restoring ourselves
to wholeness is a healing process... and desirable.

i like the notion of effortlessness; it's in alignment with... everything.
since gaia, the galaxy, God/Source, higher self, etc, etc, is all working
towards the same results, there is no resistance to overcome; effortlessness!
