Are the locations of the three dantians the same for every humanbeing, or are they unique?
Does one have to search for them by themselves or can someone else tell you the locations of your dantians? |

Hi celeste and serrao ,yes my hubby is 2nd year accupuncture ,he is saying the other two are the third eye and the heart chakra ,just the chinese version,they are the insertion points,and extend to each other respectively as the upper, middle,and lower jiaos, so have to find out more if there is a certain way of connecting though, I can definetly feel that one over my third eye as well when in qigong ,different to other third eye stuff ive experienced its like a grounding feeling inside the front part of the head deeply nurturing and restful.........Resting butterfly

Besides having more knowledge of the human body, what is the benefit of having knowledge of the dantians?
What can one do with those dantians?
