New activity

I've been having something contact me every night around the same time (give or take 10 minutes) for 3 nights in a row. It will turn my camera on and I become really dizzy and sick to my stomach. A friend suggested taking a picture of myself when this happens. The first night I didn't get anything, too slow. Second night, I captured what looks like a child in the kitchen behind me as well as what looks like 3 long triangles on my shoulder (claws?), and a rip above my head with light coming out. Third night, nothing, I wasn't in the room when it happened, again too slow. It happens around 4am, which is weird because 4 has always been my favorite number and a number that shows up a lot. This same friend who made the suggestion said I should do some evp work, am I provoking it to become stronger by talking to it? My oldest daughter, 4, seems to talk to it and informed me it's name is Gertrude, my grandma's name who passed 8yrs ago. I'm not sure what to do and to be honest I'm very scared. I've dealt with paranormal activity my whole life, a lot of it in this house, but nothing like this and nothing that has scared me. Can anyone help me as to what I should do and what the 3 triangles/claws could be?

In my view, those three triangles/claws are the spiritual aspects of you that you left on the other side of the vale when you became human.

May I suggest that the only thing you need to fear is fear itself.

Whenever the unknown approaches any of us, it triggers a receptive perception of it that will determine how it will influence us. When we see God as all loving and helpful in oh so many ways, the energy conforms to that perception. When we see God as judgmental and punishing, the energy conforms to that perception as well.

It is my most profound desire that humans start to understood the power of their choices. I also work extensively work paranormal activity of every size and shape. However in my case, I refer to it as spiritual service for my soul and humanity.

From my experience and research, provoking a spirit does not make it stronger, but you should take some more time to study its' actions before you open up to much to the idea.

Also it is important to know if you can feel maliciousness or ill intent when these experiences happen.

I can't give too much insight at the moment as there isn't exactly enough information, but I say give communication a shot and study it more.
And then post the information here I would love to look at it.
